Since the game is a sandbox game, you can explore the school and watch as characters interact with each other.

If it says anything else, then they're in a mod of that name. You have sex with other students in the school and you can control any of the other 25 characters in the class if you wish. If it says "Overwrite" then they're in the overwrite folder. If it says "data", then they're found in your actual Skyrim Data directory. In the Data tab, what does it say in the second column for those to files? It should show where the files are found. If you did that already, then something weird happened and we have to figure it out. Tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\temporary_logs\*.xml Tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\temporary_logs\GenerateFNIS_LogFile.txt Meshes\actors\character\characters female\defaultfemale.hkx Meshes\actors\character\characters\defaultmale.hkx Here's a list of files that are in my "FNIS Output" mod (yours may vary depending on what you have installed): meshes\animationdatasinglefile.txt If you had any other files in your overwrite directory before that, then you'll have to sort that out yourself. It's usually called "FNIS Output" or something to that effect. The files are still in your Overwrite directory and need to be made into a mod so that it can be deactivated. Please, please for the love of God tell me there is a fix! I will reinstall FNIS if necessary.Īfter you generated the FNIS files on your Dark Souls Profile, did you then right-click on Overwrite and create a new mod from it? If not, then that would explain it. The issue still exists, and it's completely destroying my game. The two there, are, "FNIS_aa2.pex," and, "FNISVersionGenerated.pex." What can I do to fix this?ĮDIT 2: Uninstalling FNIS and then removing 'tools' and 'scripts' from Mod Organizer's Overwrite folder did not fix the issue. What do I do for my KALOS (non FNIS) profile to safety get those animations running again?ĮDIT: FNIS has even invaded my scripts in the DATA column for Kalos, my non-FNIS account.

What gives? How can I fix this? I am willing to remove FNIS and whatever else I need to, but most importantly, I will literally take a sledge hammer to my PC if my save is messed up.

Problem is, I never ran the patch in this profile. Turns out, in the tools section, is the patch 'GenerateFNISforUsers'.

I ran my WYRE Bash, started the profile in SKSE, and low and behold, all of the creatures governed by FNIS' patch are frozen, mid-air. Today I returned to an old profile (CALLED KALOS) that I'm very far in, like, 400 hours worth of gameplay. On my Dark Souls profile (where I was using FNIS) I ran the patch, all the mods run fine. However, in order for FNIS to work, I had to go into the right panel of MO, go to data, then go to tools, and add 'GenerateFNISforUsers' into my executables. I recently started a new character on my Mod Organizer-a Dark Souls themed playthrough that has animations that require FNIS.
